Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our beauty products to customers in the assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and must possess knowledge and experience in the medical spas, dermatology, and pharmaceutical fields, specifically in beauty products (non-drug related).
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our range of beauty products to potential customers, including medical spas, dermatology clinics, and other relevant establishments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dermatologists, skincare specialists, and professionals in the beauty industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our products.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our products.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical spas, dermatology, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of beauty products, particularly those related to skincare.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and effectively convey product information.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
